"We’ve interrupted your sharing activity." How can I resolve this error?
I cannot share my files anymore. When attempting to I am getting this message below
"We’ve interrupted your sharing activity. For details or to contact support, read our help centre article."
I have read the help centre article but am none the wiser. Is there anyone here from Dropbox that can help as customer support is only available to premium members. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Initially I deleted 2 files that I suspected, then once the initial interruption lifted I uploaded the one I thought was ok again, I noticed after a short while that my sharing was interrupted again so came to the conclusion it was actually this file. This has been a good few days now that I have not been able to share. It would be good if Dropbox could notify it's users of said file that apparently has malware and has interrupted sharing. This would be easier to manage rather than guessing, as some files do have false positives on virus scans

Besides the file that you deleted, did you try to share another one that could be perceived as malware, as well?

It has happened in the past. It says I had a file containing malware, just not which one. I have tried to work out which one it is, and think that I have deleted it but the message remains after a few days so not sure. It would be good if I was notified about the said file that contains malware so I would instantly delete it rather than go through this process
