Why aren't photos synchronising in the background on iOS?

Гарний день. Підкажіть, будь ласка, чому фотографії в iPhone не синхронізуються у фоновому режимі? Якщо я відкриваю додаток, він завантажується. У фоновому режимі вони не завантажуються. Дякую

Не спрацювало. Немає завантаження фотографій у фоновому режимі.

How much battery does your phone have? Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps in this article?

    Режим энергосбережения не включен, - батарея заряжена.

    Режим экономии данных отключен.

    Заметил, что  в настройках айфона 12 про - нет режима " Обновление приложений в фоновом режиме".

      Could you try checking Settings > General > Background app refresh, to see if the option is there instead?

    Режим енергозбереження не включений - батарея заряджена.
    Режим економії трафіку вимкнено.

    помітив, що в налаштуваннях iPhone 12 pro - немає режиму "Оновлення додатків у фоновому режимі".

    Could you try clearing the cache of the Dropbox app, and then uninstall, reboot and reinstall it again?
