Account is way under quota, but marked as "full".
See attached. Dropbox's own algorithm seems to be failing? It's saying 0.13GB is greater than 2.0GB.
I don't have any Dropbox backups taking up space.

Keep in mind that permanently deleting content doesn't help. Simply deleting files and folders will do the trick.
Indeed, it seems your quota is fine, and you're way below the 2GB limit. Where did you receive the "out-of-quota" message, and which platform did you use?
