Create a "Folder Owner" Option for Shared Folders to Designate Who Takes on Storage Space Burden

Forcing users of shared folders to have enough storage space to make their uploads appears to be a bad design choice, which just so happens to encourage subscription upgrades.

Having to send separate links for a File Request and a View-Only Folder is needlessly convoluted. Please create an option for the owner of a shared folder to exclusively take on the burden of file space.

I should not have to send my clients two separate links just for them to upload a file and then view the folder they uploaded to (without them getting warnings about their own storage allotment or their uploads denied). This inconvenience is so great that I am considering migrating to a different cloud storage platform.
