Downgrading from Dropbox Plus. Will I go back to the storage I had before upgrading or to 2 GB?
Before I upgraded to Dropbox Plus I had about 20 GB on my account. When downgrading to Basic, do I still have the 20GB or will it be reduced to 2 GB?
You'll go back to what you had before (as long as none of it was promotional space which has expired).

My account is using just over 5 GB and has been that way more or less for at least the past 5 years without any trouble. I'm not sure what my total capacity was but I had lots of space available. Since I allowed the free trial of Dropbox Plus, and I didn't pay to continue it, my total storage has dropped down to 2 GB so I am 3 GB over. I did not change anything from my end but Dropbox has reduced my storage for no reason that I can see.
