Dropbox Basic doesn't show my referral space after downgrading from Plus.
I cancelled my subscription from the 2TB Dropbox Plus plan to the free DropBox Basic 9.5GB tier.
Over the years, I had earned an extra 7.5GB space through referrals.
What/who do I contact to get that space included and counted in the Basic Plan as it states in my Account settings.
Thank you.

Hi
It is showing it - your account quota is 9.5gb according to the second image (these really help, thank you!).
Thats made up of 7.5gb of referral space and 2gb free.
What is causing the issue, however, is that you have 15.8gb of shared folders in your account which is using your quota. So you are using 17.2gb of a 9.5gb account.
Edit: its also worth pointing out that while a Paid user your referral space doubles (so it would have been 15gb while paid), but, as no longer paid it reduces.
