Dropbox empty but keep getting storage full emails
I keep getting emails saying my storage is full but my dropbox is empty.
- No backups
- No shared folders
- No uploaded files
- No deleted files
I have looked at my account on the web and on the app.
I have gone through dozens of help articles and I cannot figure out what is wrong.

Hey there SusannaBlue94 - sorry to hear about this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of what exactly is reported in your plan tab so that we can have a visual too? Thanks so much!

Thanks for the screenshots SusannaBlue94 - much appreciated.
And you're 100% sure that you're getting these emails to the email address that's associated with the account you're looking at - right?
When was the last email you received about being close to your account's storage limit? How many have you received lately?

Yes, I have gotten 3 emails so far on 10/21, 10/28, and 11/4.
they are from no-reply at em-s. dropbox.com

I see, thanks for the additional information, Susanna.
Could you also share a screenshot of the email's content so that we can make sure we're on the same page?
