Dropbox full

My Dopbox would be full and according to Dropbox it contains 9.77Gb. Only if I count the files, I don't get more than 1.04Gb. Also don't see shared folders as a problem. What is going on?  ...

Just to clarify, you mentioned that you've been paying for Dropbox Plus for the past 6 years. Is it possible that you have another Dropbox account, connected to a different email address?

        I'm actually more interested in the fact I have spent over £600 over 6-7 years for Dropbox Plus and apparently I'm on Dropbox basic which is why my dropbox is full. I have permanently cleared thousands of files and it is still full!! I dont seem to get anywhere finding out what is happening
