Dropbox full
My Dopbox would be full and according to Dropbox it contains 9.77Gb. Only if I count the files, I don't get more than 1.04Gb. Also don't see shared folders as a problem. What is going on?

4 years agoHey Allaron, thanks for the nudge.
Have you checked the plan tab in your account settings, to see if you have any shared folders taking up your space?
Or perhaps any backups?

Bought 2 billion more space but it still won't open so I can't get to files or anything.

Hi Wallr, let's get right to it!
You mentioned that it won't open. Can you clarify if you're talking about the desktop app? Do you get any errors in regards to the space in your account?
It seems you're facing the same issue as many others did throughout this thread. I'd personally suggest that you follow the steps our Community Manager, Emmet posted here.
Keep me posted on the results!
