Dropbox full

My Dopbox would be full and according to Dropbox it contains 9.77Gb. Only if I count the files, I don't get more than 1.04Gb. Also don't see shared folders as a problem. What is going on?

Yes 1 folder was indeed shared (595MB) Stopped sharing and also deleted. But this still leaves me of 5.5 GB of space I miss which is not used in my present Dropbox folder.

At This moment I use only 443 MB, so I should have 5.8 GB left of free space.

Hi Wallr, let's get right to it!

You mentioned that it won't open. Can you clarify if you're talking about the desktop app? Do you get any errors in regards to the space in your account?

It seems you're facing the same issue as many others did throughout this thread. I'd personally suggest that you follow the steps our Community Manager, Emmet posted here

Keep me posted on the results!

Hi Wallr, could you attach a screenshot of this page in order to assist further?
