Dropbox not syncing on Mac Desktop App
Dropbox says only 1 GB full, but says I'm using 3.18 GB of 2 GB when I look in my account on DropBox online. Where is the extra used space coming from? How do I get my drop box to sync on my Mac Desktop App? Please help, thanks!

Hi mpeebles, let's jump right into this!
Do you have enough space on your device, in order for the content to sync to your Mac?
Also, is it possible, that you've enabled our Backup feature, by any chance?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Yes I had the Backup setting on so Dropbox was full with all the contents of my computer, when I only wanted it to sync a few folders. I fixed it and its working all good now, thank you so much!!
