Files not updating as I'm out of space
Hi
I have a basic Dropbox and it keeps saying I have run out of space. It has been updating 506 files for weeks. I cannot access any of these files. Aside from paying for more space is there anyway...

Great, we've now found the culprit studentsarah.
Can you follow these steps, in order to disable the feature?

11 months agoHi from me too, studentsarah! Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on this page and one more of what you see on your desktop app, that’s currently stuck updating?
If you have a lot of files stored on your Dropbox account, upgrading may be the best option in this case, but I’d like to check if there could be another alternative instead.

That is the views you ask for. I want to be able to access my files without paying to do so, so I can get within the limit
