Solved

I deleted files but I didn't gain any space. Why?

I have deleted a lot from my dropbox but don't gain any space.  Why is that? Thank you

    Your Backups page will tell you if you have any backups saved that you may not be aware of. These take up space in your account, separate from your regular files.

     

    Your Plan page will show you the usage for your account and break it down into the categories where it's being used. Take a screenshot of that if you can and post it here, being sure to mask any private information. It would look like this:
