I don't have any files, but Dropbox says my account is full

I am not backing up my computer. I am connected to a Dropbox folder from a group I am a part of and I may have uploaded files to the group Dropbox, but that's it. How do I find the supposed 2.5GB of files I have?

    Take a screenshot of your usage as shown on your Plan page and post it here. It should look like this:
