I got an email from Dropbox saying to upgrade my account so I don't lose all of my files.
I got an email from Dropbox saying to upgrade my account so it can sync and so I don't lose all of my files. Anyone else got this email? If I don't pay for an upgraded account will I lose all of my pictures/files that I have on my dropbox??
Hey there, Ash33, let's jump right into this!
It sounds like your account might be getting full. Can you check your plan page here?
Your files are safe, and won't be deleted even if your account becomes full.
All that happens if you reach your allocated quota is that syncing stops. Dropbox will only sync until you hit your quota, so if you are over quota all that should happen is that Dropbox will not sync any new files.
If you have any questions, let me know!

Thank you so much! My storage is getting near full which I'm okay with, as long my files won't be deleted. Thank you!
