I had accumulated space from referrals, but I'm only seeing the 2GB now.
I've had Dropbox since around 2014.
Due to all the people I recommend, My Dropbox use to be around 6gb or more.
Now it’s back to the basic level.
What has happened?

I've no idea when it reset to this!

3 months agobevcripps, what you’re seeing is the space provided by Dropbox Basic, in general; this doesn’t reflect the actual space granted for your Dropbox account, following the referral quota you’ve acquired.
Can you click on your avatar instead (the little icon with your initials at the top right corner) and select “Manage account” from the menu? Are you seeing the correct space then?

Hi Nancy, please see below. Its looks as though some kind of reset must have happened to DropBox. I have no idea when. A few months ago, I did remove a lot of content to free up space, whether this did something - I really don't know.

Hey bevcripps, let me jump in here too!
Is it possible that you had miscalculated your referral space, or that you're looking at a different account?
Also Fe C. when do you see the upgrade page that you sent previously? If your account page informs you that you have enough space, you should be good to go.

It is OK now.
Thanks
