I only have one file in my drop box
I have a file of 241KB in my drop box.
It is shared with others, but I am being told I have 2.2 GB in my drop box and can't upload any more files.
What is wrong?

Clicked on your advice to look at back-up file.
Deleted what was there.
Problem solved. Thank you.
How can I find the back-up file on the site?
How can I prevent back-ups taking place?
