Incorrectly reporting out of storage space

I'm trying to accept an invite to view/edit someone else's dropbox. They have a 2TB account. I have an account with 7.5GB of storage. When I click in to view from the link in my invite email it takes me to this screen I can't get past. I clearly am not out of space and the data is hosted on the other users dropbox account.

Hi there johnnievibes - sorry to hear about this.

Can you try copying and pasting the link to a new web browser window and let me know if you get the same results?

Do you see the share in your sharing tab by any chance?

Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
