It says my storage is full. I spent two hours deleting most of my files and there was no change!
WHY is there no customer support number? I am paying for basic service and it says my storage is full. I spent two hours deleting most of my files and there was no change! Why is that? THX!

There is no phone support - it is available for Business users but is outbound only.
www.dropbox.com/support is how to get support with all the options available to you.
My guess is did you check www.dropbox.com/backups ?
