I've literally deleted everything in Dropbox and I'm still getting the message I'm out of storage.
I've literally deleted everything in Dropbox and I'm still getting the message. I went to my deleted files and permanently deleted. Is this just DB trying to make more money off my account?

2 years agoHi, it could be related to the backup files data. It would be helpful if you could verify your Personal Dropbox space and take a screenshot of it from this page: https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan"

Hey ltorres, I hope you're doing well!
Where did you receive the message, informing you that you're out of space?
Was it an email that was sent to you, by any chance?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I get an email every few days but I also get pop-ups when I open DB and someone sent me some files to review and I got the same pop-up. I really appreciate your help!!
