Lost my additional storage

Looks like I lost all the free/bonus storage I earned with promoting Dropbox when it first launch. I currently use 37GB. Dropbox tells me I only have 2GB of available storage. I am pretty sure I had earned much more than that as I never received a notification that I was running out of space until a few days ago.

Thanks for screenshot - you actually have 26gb available (see graph). Which is probably about right for a free user. Free users can get up to 16gb of bonus space via referrals - paid users get double, but, it doesnt stay as double once downgraded.

I referred a lot of people and had over 12 gb or space.  I started getting out of space messages and now my account says I only have 2 gb.  I have a free account with referral space.

Hey Joelr4, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

Referral space is permanent and cannot be removed.

Can you please go to the plan tab in your account settings, to see how much space you're using and how much you have available?
