My account appears as full, but it has no files to delete

Hello.
In one of my Dropbox accounts, a message has been appearing for a few days that my account is 103% full, so I can't use it. But, nevertheless, I don't have files (I've already deleted practically everything) and I don't have shared folders anymore.
I don't see how to delete more data and how to recover the use of my account.
Could you please help me to recover the functionality of my account?

Thank you!
