My account is nearly full even after deleting a lot of my photos
Hi I've deleted alot if my photos but still getting a message to upgrade and that it is nearly full
Worrying and annoying,I have also noticed alot of my messages are now in my received email(primary)with the blue Dropbox icon at the side of them,why? And where do I store these now ,many thanx 😕

- I've deleted photos as instructed to make space but still saying I need to upgrade all my old emails which were in Dropbox are now showing in my primary emails don't know what's going on only deleted some photos not my emails were can I store these to keep them safe unable to send you screenshot as I don't know how to do it .

Did you check the plan page as Walter suggested? Did you have any issues accessing by any chance?
I assume when you mention that there's nothing in your Dropbox account, you've also checked your Backups to make sure the feature isn't enabled, right?
