My friends installed the desktop app, but we still haven't received the referral space.
I had a two friends of mine sign up and install the desktop app but it shows ineligible - two different states, and they didn't have accounts before they said.

Still shows the same even after they verified.

Besides installing the Dropbox app on their computer, did they also verify their Dropbox email address? This is also necessary to ensure that you’ll all receive the referral space.
