My phone was stolen and my Dropbox files are missing but it says that my account is almost full
My Dropbox says that I'm almost at capacity on my basic plan but I cannot see any documents files or photos. My iPhone 14 plus was stolen and pictures of my ID and social security card were in there as well as some intimate photos. I'm going to assume they moved or shared the files because I don't see them anywhere in the list I see nothing at all. But I do see that it says I'm almost at capacity. How is this? How do I get my files? I chose to retrieve files within the last 30 days but it didn't show anything. I can't contact the live person. I really need stuff that's in there. What do I do?
