Quicken additional storage disappeared after installing Dropbox app

I applied the promotional code from Quicken online at dropbox.com/code . It worked. I went from 2 GB to 7GB. After downloading the app, it shows only 2GB basic account and syncing is clogged because I ran out of space. I cannot re-aply the code because it is invalid. The (Refer a friend - Dropbox) "Other ways you’ve earned" area says my setup is not finished but gives no means to continue or fix the problem. Any suggestions to recover the promotional space?

    Hi pmpgeek, let's jump right into this! 

     

    Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, and that you're looking at a different one? 

     

    When you say that the code disappeared, did that happen when  you visit your plan page online?

     

    Any screenshot you might be having is more than welcome.
