4 months agoRe: How can I free up space on my Basic account, without affecting my team one?
Hi there, pamelastudios, let's jump right into this!
Based on everything that you described you're using two separate Dropbox accounts. Your Basic and team account should be two different ones.
If you sign into your Basic account online, and visit this page you should be able to see what's taking up space there.
You can then delete your files, or unshare/remove any folders that you no longer need.
