Shared user requires more storage
Main user has 2TB however when it is shared with me to my email, It only shows as 2GB and that I have reached max capacity and cannot sync any docs? Why?

I'm not sure if that's the case, but if you're referring to a shared folder, then all the Dropbox accounts that are members of the share must have the required quota to accommodate it in their account.
