The iOS/iPad app is reporting that I'm out of device storage
Both the Dropbox app on my iPhone and my iPad are stating I am out of local iPhone storage when I have plenty.
I launch app and it says: “To continue using Dropbox, delete some files, photos, or apps from your device.
Yet my iPhone 16 Pro Max shows I’m using only 199.09GB of 1.02TB
And my iPad Pro shows I’m using only 322.48GB of 2TB.. So not using anywhere near all my storage so not sure why not letting me use the App. Can use fine on MacBook, windows and a Android Phone its only with the iOS Devices :-(

Thanks for the screenshot rem248 - much appreciated.
Would you mind clarifying your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well along with the available space on your device too?

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled. Still the same message. The app doesnt even load, it just goes to this screen. The ipad is not even half full. It is managed by apple manager. Im able to log in to the site via safari only.

Hey rem248, thanks for posting here!
When did this begin for you? Would you mind clarifying the exact OS you're using, along with the available space you have on your iPhone at the moment?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hey DigitalMayhem, sorry for the late reply here.
Do you still face the same problem? If so, would you be able to send over a screenshot of the message you get in order for me to have a visual?
Also, I definitely understand that this might be a hassle but if you could try the uninstall with the help of your IT, that'd be amazing.
I'm suggesting this route, since I'm fairly certain that our Specialized agents would also require it, even if I was to escalate your case.

I just ran into the same issue. Did you figure anything out?

I cant even open the app it litterly gives me a white screen with just a picture and says
”To continue using Dropbox, delete some files, photos, or apps from your device. There is no buttons or anything can click on…”
Yes have tried to uninstall and reinstall but that alone is pain in the ass as use Apple Business Management and app is set to required so when try to delete it I get “Uninstall Not Allowed - This app cannot be deleted because it is required by COMPANY NAME HERE” so then I have to contact IT who then has to delete for me. Then reinstall…
Not issue is happening on both my iPhone 16 Pro Max as well as my iPad Pro (M4)..

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, DigitalMayhem.
That's quite strange indeed; have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the apps, to see if it helps?
Make sure to also clear the app's cache. To do so, open the app, tap on "account", then on the gear icon, then on "clear cache".
Let me know how it goes.
