The total storage used doesn't match the size of files I see under the All files page.

Yes, if I go to that page, on the right hand side under Info it says:
Size: O bytes
Number of files: O

The Space Usage shown on your Plan page is an accurate account of how much data you're using, and it's indicating that all of your space is being used by your regular files (not shares, backups, etc.).
Are you sure you only have one folder remaining? If so, are you sure it only has 885 MB of data in it? Can you provide a screenshot of this page, as well as a screenshot showing the folder size? Be sure to mask any private information if any is shown (sensitive file names, email address, etc.).
