There is literally nothing in my Dropbox and I've unsynced everything and it says it's full
My dropbox couldn't have any less in it, and it says my storage is full. Are you just trying to trick people into upgrading? haha. My dropbox couldn't be any more cleared out and it says it's at 10...

Hi Matt1985,
Have you by any chance enabled (probably unintentionally) on someone (or more) of your devices Dropbox Backup? If so, that can be the issue. Take a look here to check it out. If it's so, disable the backup(s) or if you already unlinked your device, make sure your data are on safe and remove the online backup. The Backups don't appear in the regular files list where you are looking on.
Good luck.
