Why is my account full about being combined with a team?
I need human help at Dropbox. Does this exist? When I click "contact support" I only get a useless chatbot option or the community option. My employer's business account has been combined with my personal account causing my personal account to be out of storage. I'm afraid if I delete everything in my personal account, I am deleting information that my company needs if the accounts are synced. I'm most displeased if my company is paying for Dropbox but there is no human support. Does anyone know the secret password or link to get human help? Thank you.

Hi Helene2k1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
The options you get for support vary upon your current Dropbox subscription. Since you're getting those two options, this means you're on the free Basic plan.
Regarding your query, could you clarify how your team merged to your personal account exactly in order to make your account overquota? Did you join a shared folder provided by them, or download data into your Dropbox folder?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
