Why is my Dropbox account still full, even after deleting files and not having any backups?
Get alert about space limit, having deleting the files, even under "Deleted Files" permenately delete, no back up, still not free space. What I can do further?

As a first step, can you send me a screenshot of what you see on this page?
If you go to your Home page here and calculate the size of any files/folders you may have, do you see anything that could be taking up your space (including shared folders)?
Let me know when you’re ready and we’ll have a look together.
