12 Dropbox startup instances on Windows 11 device - takes forever to startup

My Windows 11 shows 12 instances of Dropbox in the startup! Which obviously takes forever to start up What is going on and how to fix?

    new install seems to have cured the startup speed - although it still shows 12 sub-items with high startup resource usage as per the new screenshot

        yes rebooted, that's how I tested it booted faster
