2FA Code not accepted / Error tagging as Invalid Code

When prompted to add a code in the app installation process, I get an error message calling the code entered (received via mail) as invalid.
I enter it within seconds of being received

    Hi DimitrisG, let's jump right into this! 

     

    The first thing I'd like to ask is if you're on a Basic plan. Is it possible that you've exceeded the 3-device-limit that we have, hence why you can't connect your new one? 

     

    You can check your Security page online, to find out more. Also, can you access your account online, without any issues? 

     

    Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
