After subscription renewal my Win 11 machine does not have Dropbox icon
after subscription renewal I was unable to transfer a file between my win 10 and min 11 machines. The dropbox icon was missing in the task bar hidden icons field. It still shows installed under control panel programs and features. I attempted to re-install using an older install app - during the process I was able to access the transferred file but after a time the install failed. I had no such issues prior to the renewal in November. Do I have to install a newer version for win 11?

Hey RosaliyLynne, welcome to our Community.
Not sure if the renewal of your subscription had anything to do with this, but let's see what we can find out.
Have you tried simply reinstalling the application through our download link? This should download the newest version of the app.
Is this giving you an error as well?
Let me know and we'll go from there.
