Hi oreiarch, thanks for posting here today!
It might sound trivial, but have you tried restarting your device?
If this doesn't work, can you then access your account settings on the Dropbox website and turn Early releases off?
After that, install one our stable build of the Dropbox application, and let me know if you notice the same behavior.
Keep me posted!

Dear support, obviously I've restarted my device and got the same.
And, i'm sure about this problem, 'cause it's same on two different device (work office pc and notebook).
Now i've just reinstalled stable version on work office pc and give you a shot

Hi oreiarch, if you locate your Dropbox folder, and right click on it, and then select "Properties", could you let me know how many files you have in the folder?

Dear support,
i give you a screenshot of my dropbox folder (there are many files.. but it's my whole archive)

Hi oreiarch, thanks for the image. I can see that you have over 300,000 files on your account. This would affect the performance of the Dropbox desktop application, and could result in the behavior you're currently experiencing.

sorry but i never had this problem in past.
