Can I have the Dropbox folder on 2 different drives names on separate Windows computers?

HELP! I have 2 computers. Can I have Dropbox on drive C on one computer and drive D on the other computer? If so how do I set them up? I have tried but it looks for drive D on the one computer that does not have a D drive.
