Can no longer transfer photo from Android phone to my PC.

Can no longer tranfer photo from android phone to my PC.

    For some reason when I have gone back to try doing this again, now it works.

    Hey Up2you2, welcome to our Community! 

     

    Would you like to share some additional info on the steps that you follow in order to transfer content from your mobile to your PC? 

     

    Do you connect your Android to your PC using a cable, and then sync content using camera uploads, or do you do something different? 

     

    Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

    You need to provide more information before anyone will know how best to help you. How are you transferring files from your phone to your PC? What are the exact steps you're taking and what error, if any, are you receiving?

    This problem has come back again.

    You write: You need to provide more information before anyone will know how best to help you. UBS file transfer is on. Tap for more options - I do. File trandfer/Android auto - it has a tick on it it already, I tap it and nothing happens. What permissions need to be enabled on my Dropbox mobile phone app, and also my android PC app please?

    Now working again. What we have here is an intermittent problem, sometimes works, sometimes does not hmm?
