Cannot login to mobile app
So, as the title states. I cannot login to mobile app.
Recently I've changed my phone to new one, and tried to set up dropbox account on it, but no success.
I don't recieve SMS at all (i do when I try to login through browser - mobile and desktop), and when I try to force app to send another i recieve error "Unknown error, contact support". When tried to login through email link - got message "unknown error, contact support".
Some details:
Dropbox Basic,
I had 2 devices linked, when unlinked old phone (one registered device left) the error persists,
Motorola Moto g82,
App is up to date (reinstallation did not help),
I have latest Android update (Android 13)
So, if someone could help me, I'd be very grateful, because for now mobile app is unusable and thats a bit infuriating.
Okay, i changed option to generate via app (Authy, Yubico Authenticator or Google Authenticator - for the future people) and now it worked, I'm logged in.

Hi Mercer, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, do you have two-step verification enabled on your account?
This will help me to assist further!

Yes, for now codes are generated via SMS.

If you have 2FA try to change that from SMS to other app (Google authenticator/Authy/Microsoft Authenticator/Yubico Authenticator). That solved the case for me.
