Cannot open my account on the dropbox app of my android

It gives me error all the time when I try to open my account on my android with my correct email and password. I´ve tried by sending a code to my email, etc., but it doesn´t work and it tells me to contact the support center but the automatic replies have not helped either

     the error is that either the email address or password is wrong

    I have tried innumerable times to access my dropbox account from my new cel phone and I haven´t been able. It gives me an error (email or password are incorrect). I have changed my password several times and still gives me the same error

    Thanks for giving that a try, Angeles C. Is there any chance you’ve made an email typo?

     

    If you try to log in to your Dropbox account on the website, are you receiving the same error?

    It works on the website. The problem is with the app. I have reloaded the app to start from scratch but it gives me the same error

    Hi Angeles C, would you mind checking the connected devices section in the security page in your account settings, to double-check if you have 3 devices linked to your account already?

     

    That would be the limit when using a Basic plan. 

     

    If you only see two devices, please send me a screenshot, while hiding the device names and also a screenshot of the error message you're getting.

    Hello, same problem on my App for Android. I can access from a browser (Chrome) but I cannot use the App, it asks for authentication app code (I'm using MS Authenticator) and then I get an "unknown error" message. I attach here the screenshot, it is in italian... 
    Everything works fine on my two connected laptops - my android phon is the 3rd conncted device.

    Since this issue requires access to account specific info, I would suggest you reach out to our support team directly.

    To do so, open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page to submit your request.

    Let us know when you have your ticket number.
