Can't access my account from the desktop app
Hi, i cant access dropbox from my laptop anymore, its just comstantly loading but never does, i deleted uninstalled and installed latest version and it still does not work... can anyone help?

What device and OS are you currently running?
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

Hi, i have sierra 10.12.6
I have no security software nor implemented any settings change etc, proxy, vpn, fierwall. i have never touched any of that so wouldnt know how its meant to be configured. I only know that drop box never worked for a long while and then it came back to life. it works fine on my mobile app but it does not let me in on my laptop Mac book air. sorry for late reply, i am still away on holiday, the problem started months before i went away so its not a location issue..
