Can't find the notifications on my desktop app

Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? Be sure to mask any private information.

Can't take a screenshot of the icon in the system tray but the dropbox icon shows a red box.   I assume that means a notification of some sort but I don't know what to do about it.

Hey Vetbird - sorry to jump in here, but can you click on the app's icon and then try clicking on  the Dropbox icon in your system tray and let us know if you navigate to your notifications from there?

If not, could you clarify your device's exact OS and the app's version and current status?
