Can't log into Dropbox Desktop with Mac Sonoma iOS
Hey there, I see lots of threads with syncing issues with the new Sonoma operation system in Macs, but not this specific issue.
I factory reset a new Macbook for an employee starting next week. It automatically rebooted with the Sonoma iOS. I am able to log into the employees Dropbox account that I created for them and download the Desktop app, but the app will not let me log into the account. It's just frozen/not acknowledging any sign in attempts.
I have restarted the laptop multiple times and actually factory reset the laptop once and redownloaded the app. Nothing has worked and I've run out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Hi kady, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, are they a member of a Dropbox Business team, or are they using a personal account?
When you reinstalled the app, did you perform an advanced reinstallation?
This will help me to assist further!
