    It's not entirely clear to me, what you wish to achieve on your end. 

     

    We also lack some info, so if you could describe the situation as best as possible, I'd more than appreciate it.

      Hi Megan, I turned on my PC with Windows Ten on, Went to the Microsoft Store, and searched for Dropbox Lite. Download it. Press "Log me in" and add my Dropbox business credentials. l, go to authentication. After authentication is successful, I get a white popup for some time and then crash.

        Instead of trying to download and install the app using the Microsoft store, can you try using this link instead? 

         

        You should be able to download, and install the app that way. 

         

        If however, you face any issues let me know!
