Hi there, just installed Dropbox Desktop app on my Mac with Mac OS 11.7.8 BigSur, once launched it asks for username and password (Passed) the ask for a security code I receive via email but each time I try to use it the app answer it is wrong: what can I do?

Please note I can login without problems via web...

Hi RosalbaGaia,  sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting after entering the security code in the app?

If you happen to be running an antivirus or firewall on your computer, you can also try disabling them temporarily.

In any case, please keep us posted.

Hi godiavatar, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
