Can't sign in to desktop app with the one-time code

Good day, all...

 

New laptop - trying to sign into Drop Box under my Work Account.  I know where to sign out and to try to sign back in under my Work Account.  It says it will send me a Security Code - which I get - and when enters, it fails (every time).  In the past (last week), it has sent Security Codes to 2 other people in my Work.  They have given me the Codes - but again - these don't work.  

 

Any suggestions to moving forward?

    Thanks for posting this on the Community, Raintown!

     

    Have you tried reinstalling the Dropbox app, and you’re still unable to sign in with the one-time code?

     

    If you’re on a free Basic plan, have you made sure you don’t have more than 3 devices currently linked to your Dropbox account?

     

    If not, please send me a screenshot of any errors you’re receiving, and I’ll have a look.
