Desktop App won't open Mac OSX 13.5

Dropbox won't open. I've deleted and resintalled and restarted several times but no joy. I'm getting the following error.

Hey MJJackson! Thanks for posting about this here.

The error log that you’ve provided, is it truncated perhaps, or or is it the full log you’re seeing on your end? If the former, can you please attach the full error log here?

Also, can you clarify when exactly you started receiving this error message? Did it appear after an OS/Dropbox update?

    Keep me in the loop.

    Hi Nancy

I got the error on a new mac. I installed dropbox, then wanted to change the sync settings. After that point the error started happening. I deleted the app and folders and tried to reinstall and the error kept coming.

Hey MJJackson - sorry to jump in here, but could you attempt a clean, advanced reinstall and let us know if you still get the same error?

You can use the offline installer from this page directly.
