Desktop App won't open Mac OSX 13.5

Dropbox won't open. I've deleted and resintalled and restarted several times but no joy. I'm getting the following error.     bn.BUILD_KEY: Dropbox bn.VERSION: 186.4.6207 bn.constants.WINDOWS...

Hi Nancy

I got the error on a new mac. I installed dropbox, then wanted to change the sync settings. After that point the error started happening. I deleted the app and folders and tried to reinstall and the error kept coming.

Hey MJJackson - sorry to jump in here, but could you attempt a clean, advanced reinstall and let us know if you still get the same error? 

 

You can use the offline installer from this page directly.
