Downloading Dropbox tells me to point camera at my computer

ok this is probably going to sound like a dumb ? But I'm having a blonde moment and can't figure this out trying to download Dropbox n it says POINT CAMERA AT YR COMPUTER W WEBSITE ABOVE N WAIT ? WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS MEAN

    Can you clarify which Dropbox app you’re trying to download and install on your device? Is it Dropbox Capture perhaps? 

     

    Feel free to send me a screenshot of what you see to have a visual.
